Stucco fence and stucco wall is often built with a foam interior. Because foam wall fences are built on site, we limit our stucco foam wall fence construction to the state of Florida. Stucco foam wall fences look like concrete fence, but stucco privacy walls are less expensive and highly customizable. Foam wall fence achieves the concrete-like finish required by many community developments. Foam walls can also be constructed higher than stone walls and make excellent barrier walls.

Steel posts. The posts that support our foam wall fences are 14-guage or 16-guage galvanized steel, depending on wind load requirements. We never weld the posts, which can compromise the galvanization process and the structure of the steel. Respraying with “galvanized paint” does not solve this problem. Instead, we screw our posts together with zinc self-tapping screws.
Timely installation. UV light will quickly ruin Styrofoam. When we install our fence, we begin to stucco within a week, usually within a day or two.
Stucco. We mix fiber shorts into our stucco. When a company chooses not to add fiber shorts to the stucco, birds will peck at the stucco, which will quickly detract from the look of the fence.
Mesh. Here is where many foam wall installers fall down. Mesh over the wall reinforces the stucco and prevents it from prematurely cracking. We go one step further. At the base of the wall, the bottom fourteen inches of the wall is covered with a second layer of mesh to protect the wall from damage from weedeaters and other damage along the bottom of the wall. We want to deliver a quality wall and will not skip this essential part of the process.
Engineering. Our foam wall fencing has been engineered for Florida wind requirements. Depending on the requirements of your zoning board, we can install your fence so that it meets or exceeds your community standards. In addition, we are able to install our foam wall fence to meet breakaway zoning requirements for coastal communities. Breakaway fencing will break into small pieces in the event of a tidal surge or extremely high winds, and won’t become a weapon in the hands of nature.
Monument signs. For commercial properties and developers, signage is essential. We are able to take your development logo and use computers to create a custom sign that will accent your fence and your commercial interests.
Noise reduction. Foam wall fence provides excellent sound absorption. If you are building a fence or a wall to reduce noise, a stucco foam wall fence is your best choice.
